Guide to Unlocking Constable Richard:
-------------------------------------
Looking to add the legendary Constable Richard to your roster in Tony Hawk's
Pro Skater 3 + 4?
-=First Up: The Foundry=-
This first one is pretty simple. Skate over to the far side of the level, get
up to the top floor, and you'll find the little guy waiting for you in the left-
hand corner.
The Panda Plush collectible in the Foundry level, sitting in a corner on the upper
floor.
-=Oh, Canada!=-
For this one, head over to the 'Over the Hill' gap. You'll spot the panda chilling
right next to a tree.

'Over the Hill' gap.
-=Cruisin' to Rio=-
Find the main fountain in the level. The plushie is tucked away in a corner, hidden
among the bushes.

-=Spooky Suburbia=-
Head to the back of the haunted house. The panda is sitting on a ledge, right behind
a tree near one of the cash collectibles.

-=Airport Layover=-
Alright, for the Airport plushie, make your way to Gate C2. Look for the flight screen
showing a trip to Tokyo. The panda is hiding behind those screens! You'll need to
grind the top rail from either side and drop down to grab it. I found it was way easier
to approach from the side rather than trying to hit it head-on.

-=Island Getaway: Skater Island=-
This one's outside the main skatepark. Head out the exit towards the shore, and you'll
find the plushie hiding behind the overturned boat on your left.

beach.
-=Lost in Los Angeles=-
This plushie is hidden underground. First, you need to find the “They're Grate” rail
in the far corner of the map. Grind it to smash open the grates on the floor.

plushie.
Once you drop down into the new area, the panda will be sitting right there against
the wall. Don't worry that it's missing in my screenshot—I already grabbed it. It'll
be there for you!

in Los Angeles.
-=Tricky Tokyo=-
Okay, this one's a toughie, especially if you haven't unlocked Tokyo's secret area yet.
Getting into that zone is a challenge on its own, but the panda is even more sneakily
hidden. I spent ages scouring every inch so you don't have to! You'll find it directly
underneath and behind the main entrance ramp you drop in from. You'll need to grind a
rail from either side to get into this hidden spot.
The hidden Panda Plush collectible in the secret area of the Tokyo level, found under
the entrance ramp.
-=All Aboard the Cruise Ship=-
Look for a bed of bushes and flowers on the port side of the ship, near the 808 Stunt
Gauntlet. It's right above the Zumiez sign, you can't miss it!

side.
-=Back to School: College=-
This one is playing king of the castle. Get up to the roof of the Yeti store, which is
right next to the Universe Theater, to find it.
The Panda Plush collectible in the College level, found on top of the Yeti store.
-=San Francisco=-
You'll need to do some climbing for this one. Get up onto the Pier 12 building and look
for the panda sitting on the ledge between the two windows.

-=Lights, Camera, Action: Movie Set=-
Head over to the giant 'Stage 34' sign. The plushie is just chilling on the platform
right outside the door underneath it.

sign.
-=Escape from Alcatraz=-
This one requires some serious balance. It's at the very top of the smokestack. You'll
need to grind a wire across from the water tower to reach it. This is definitely one of
the harder ones to get, so take your time lining it up. Good luck!

-=Making a Splash at the Waterpark=-
Skate to the right side of the park and look for the giant red bucket. The panda is
tucked away right behind it.

-=Kona USA=-
Go to the very back of the park. You'll find the plushie hanging out by the dumpster
near the red and black Powell tent.

-=Hard Work at the Shipyard=-
Find the large power supply structure. The panda is on the top level, sitting next to a
garbage container.

-=Mind the Gap in London=-
This plushie is in the hidden underground parking garage. Take the elevator portal to
get to the hidden deck, and you'll find it near the blue car.

car.
-=A Day at the Zoo=-
Head over to the Lion exhibit. The panda is sitting on top of the left column as you
face the enclosure.

-=Pinball Wizard=-
This one is hidden right near the start. Just look behind the large wooden boards to the
left of where you drop in.

-=The Grand Finale!=-
After all that hard work, you've finally collected every single Panda Plush! Now all you
have to do is head to the Secret Shop. For a cool $5,000, you can finally unlock your very
own Constable Richard. Go on, you've earned it!
