Unlocking the Gremlin:

In the later have of the game you will need 5 wood planks and 5 gold bars, 
when you have bought the mine upgrade you can then click on it a 2nd time 
and you should be given the option to build a rail line you need to do 
this for both.

In total you will need the following:
* Stone mine (5 gold Nuggets)
* Gold mine (5 gold Bars)
* 10 Gold bars and 10 Planks for both rail tracks



How to Earn Glory:

The first 3 values are mentioned in the tutorial:

* +1 Glory per 10 kills
* -1 Glory per 10 leaks (enemy hitting your units)
* -2 Glory on unit death (downing)
* +3 Glory for the first boss

I believe that only the 10th kill or leak is relevant in regards to Glory hence:

* 10-19 kills rewards 1 Glory
* 0-9 leaks loses 0 Glory

In regards to unlocking roads / paths, I think a normal, perfect run will give 
around 75+ Glory.

To increase the maximum Glory achieve-able you have two options:
* Provoke monsters to attack at the red ‘x’ marks
* Add ‘Curse’ levels on the hero meta panel (increase difficulty by one day)


How to Find All Witches:

Here is a little guide on how to find all the witches on the Undead Kingdom side 
of things. This is more of a completion thing for me since I already did the 
human one, so I might as well do Undead as well. Enjoy!

* First Witch Location: This one is pretty easy. She is just sitting between the 
  quarry and the abomination building in the forest.

* Second Witch Location: This (not so sneaky) witch is chilling behind a gravestone 
  near the frost mage.

* Third Witch Location: For this little witch hiding spot, we need to start the 
  Voyage and wait a few days until it reaches the Lake of Souls area. She’s pretty 
  easy to spot then.

* Fourth Witch Location: This witch can be found near the Wizard Tower just above 
  the Marksman.

* Fifth Witch Location: This witch can be found near the hospital, just below the 
  weird eyeball dude that calls himself a scientist.

* Sixth Witch Location: All right, now we start getting a bit into the territory 
  where we have quite high glory requirements to be able to spot her. But once we've 
  unlocked this road, she is sitting right next to the Templar, just below the 
  Headless Horseman building.

* Seventh Witch Location: The last witch is just next to her house... (her hut is just 
  a bit to the left here). The biggest problem here is basically the glory requirement 
  again.
