-=General Tips=-
* Try and ignore all mobs on pathways/roads just make your way around
the map from activity node onto the next
* Activity nodes is where you want to fight to get your XP make the best
use of your limited time before the boss fight if there are a few mods
guarding outside invite/pull them in
* Activity nodes shown on the mini map have a colour code which go from
green to yellow and then red for the hardest one (but better rewards)
* First quickly explore around all sides of the spawn point target the green
events and then move onto yellow and finally red , but dont forget if your
running with 300 shards fast travel back to base and spend those shards
this should make it faster/easier to clear the harder yellow/red events
-=Map Tips=-
Points on the map to watch out for
1.Mini boss event – a tentacle in a clearing attack this and it starts a lock
in event to kill 3 waves of enemy’s complete this to lower the main bosses
health by 20%
2.Books – event 2 versions green and yellow (maybe red but i never get chance
to explore everything) another lock-in event but this one has a timer kill
all the mobs before the time runs out to pick a very nice reward from a perk
to Shards or XP
3.Door – unlocked with a key inside a mini boss inside very tough
4.Wishing well – defended mobs clear them out and it takes shards and spits
out a reward when used
5.Healing shrine – pray for free and recover all health and get a bonus health
higher cap on top
6.Exclamation mark quest – Mr Pig is about to get his home attacked either made
of stone or bricks once you accept the quest quickly check the mini map for
piles of a) Straw, b) Wood or c) Stone
When you start the quest check the mini map as it should show 2 or 3 piles on
the mini map which are normally a big stock pile of these matts
a.Straw is found around the map
b.Wood in piles around the map but also drops from tree mobs
c.Stone is found in large amounts in mines search for them quickly as possible
and head to the end of the mine for a mob showdown
All the matt locations are well guarded and you have a couple of minutes to
collect what you can and return to Mr Pig and hand him what you have to make
his house he only needs 20 but its recommend at least 16 to hand in at this
point you need to defend his home against 3 waves of mobs take out the DPS
highest damage dealers first then mop up the rest
7.Giant Shards – defended by mobs clear them out and take your cash back
to the start and to get some nice perks *tip from MEGAN THEE H?DES if your
in a hurry get those shards and make a sharp exit example if your Melusine
you can use the wisp do the damage and pickup and shards and leave
8.Purple Raven statue – defended by mobs clear them out pray to the statue
and it unlock (unfog) a bit of the map for you
-=Dont Forget Aladdin=-
One last thing group or solo players alike don’t forget Aladdin, try out using
your 3 wishes before you start, on items and “gold”, so you can clean the map
quickly from the get go, helping you explore more / spend less time fighting.
-=Lastly Dont Forget=-
Don’t be a noob like me and don’t forget Tip one because fighting 1-2 mobs on
the pathways is wasting your time your goal here is get the power ups and farm
the group of mobs defending the power-up and move onto the next getting as much
cash and power-ups as you can before the boss fight.

How to Piper Guide:
-------------------
Written by Fadar Le Pieux
You just bought Ravenswatch and you have no idea who to play? You piss off
everyone playing music all day long and call it “art”? You think Plum Flute
is the best Isaac item because you’re fond of summoning things? You’re the
only one who’s currently speedrunning Hotline Miami with Richter, because guns?
So Piper is your very character!
-=Move Pool=-
Piper is clearly a range character. His main attack is little damage high fire rate
shots, which reduces Piper’s speed. The RT is a shotgun at midrange, to deal more
damage during a couple of time. On Y, Piper casts an armour-breaking zone, lasting
for few times, and on B a defensive bang that repels and stun enemies around him.
The passive ability of Piper is a rat summoning. Rats gather around Piper, creating
a pool following him, and on LB, they attack the closest target available. This ability
has theoretically no cooldown, but you won’t spam it during combat.
The ultimate of Piper, Unchained Melody, is a huge buffed up version of the attack.
The damage is increased a lot, targeting the closest enemy, but you lose total control
of the character: you just basically can’t afk during the ultimate…
-=Usual Combos=-
Piper playstyle is pretty simple: you deal max range damage and you dodge aggressive
melee enemies. There is only one important thing to care about, it’s the Y and B
casting. Either you play it with violence, and you run through the enemies to spawn
the zone and trigger your defence, or you cast it during you flee.
Do not forget that your character is so much squishy, and one slice of the big piggy
elite means death if you didn’t master your defences.
-=Three different builds are possibles=-
* The defensive build: you boost up your defences as ?, and you count on it to tank
enemies’ shots. But in other hand you will kill slower
* The skaven build: you boost up yours rats (spawn timing, damage, etc…)
* The trapper build: you boost up your Y, and you net enemies in the zone to deal
your damage.
Personally, the trapper build seems to be the more efficient, but lot of people deal
with a very strong defensive build. Remember this is not exclusive: you can mix them
up to have your own playstyle.
-=Upgrades=-
Here are the more useful powers for Piper. For all upgrade and magical objects,
refer to the Compendium + by Shotgun Crusader:
=God Tier
* Unchained Melody
* Grand Finale: Y zone explodes
=Very Good
* Freezing Trap: enemies are chilled and more vulnerable in the Y zone.
* Acoustic Pulse: Y zone deals damage
* Sniper: more damage on attack after halfway and more range
* Quintuplets: more projectiles on RT, but each one is less efficient
=Useful
* Explosive rats: additional damage for rats
* Horde: more rats
* Giant rats: rats weaken and deal more damage
* Virtuoso: more speed during attack and attack speed
* Sound Barrier (quest: it at least 2 enemies with B 20 times): 20 shiel + defence
buff on B
-=Conclusion=_
Piper is a simple character to play. He can easily blow things up with huge range
damage and very useful buffs. But beware: one hit, and you’ll be in serious trouble…
If it’s your very first time on the game, it may seem to you hard to handle, and tricky.
However, few runs later, you will bust everything around!
How to Beowulf:
---------------
Written by Fadar Le Pieux
You just bought Ravenswatch and you have no idea who to play? You’re fond of early
British tales and middle-age literature? Or you simply like running and screaming
in the forest, naked, with your longsword? Leper is your class in Darkest Dungeon,
and you usually play a full squad of rotting dudes? So Beowulf is your very character!
-=Move Pool=-
Beowulf is basically your big tough guy. His attack is slow, but powerful, and have a
shield on B. He has a Beyblade attack on his Y, and a vertical slide on RT.
His unique trait allows him to summon his wyrm bro, and temporary buff his stuff.
Wyrm + RT ignites the slash and creates a trail of fire. Wyrm + Y makes Beowulf smash
the earth, creating a huge lava pool. Wyrm + B regens Beowulf’s life.
Beowulf’s ultimate frees the wyrm, who begins to spit all around and deal large amounts
of damage. The only issue is there is many losses, especially during the final boss fight.
-=Usual Combos=-
Beowulf is a tank hero. He begins with lots of hp, so you don’t have to worry too much
about taking damage.
The easiest way to play is to dive in melee, slice around with your big sword, and
eventually block enemy shots. But do not forget him in the middle of the fight.
Think pastas: it’s easy to cook but turns awful if you mess up!
-=Upgrades=
Here are the more useful powers for Beowulf. For all upgrade and magical objects, refer
to the Compendium + by Shotgun Crusader:
-=God Tier=-
Shield Charge: you charge with your shield (…), just like in Hades.
Draconic Blinds (quest: Hit 20 times pairs of enemies with Wyrm): grants damage.
-=Very Good=-
Rampart (quest: block thing 20 times): grants defence and more heal with Wyrm + B.
Blademaster: 100% crit on attack after Wyrm.
Double Shock: two strikes on RT.
-=Useful=-
Fire Wings: Wyrm deals damage and fire on trigger.
-=Conclusion=-
Beowulf is an easy dude to play. His large hp pool makes him very safe for beginners,
and his decent attack allows to do some nice tricks. The main point is to know when
trigger the Wyrm, but it’s really a piece of cake.
