How to Solve The Mannequin Puzzles:
-----------------------------------
When you reach the upper floor, turn right and enter the mannequin 
room. There are enemies here, along with the Second Photograph and 
some additional supplies.

Once you’ve collected everything, return to the hallway and take the 
opposite exit toward the stairwell. Head down until you find a mannequin 
missing a leg.

* Interact with it, then continue down the next set of stairs. 
* A new door will appear. Inside, you’ll find the Mannequin Leg. 
* Pick it up and attach it to the mannequin.

* Continue onward and interact with the next mannequin. 
* A new room will open. Inside, you’ll find three clocks, a set of 
  whiteboards, and 1x Revolver Ammo on the table. 
* Interact with the radio to hear a clue.

The puzzle refers to: "three hours past sunrise and the mark at dusk"
-=Set the clocks as follows=
* Purple clock (birds perched): 7:35 PM
* Clock with birds in flight: 9:41 AM
* Third clock (dusk symbol): 6:45 AM

* Once done, the "Tick Tock" box will open. 
* Take the Mannequin Arm, attach it to the mannequin, and return to 
  the stairwell.
