How to use any resolution and FPS cap + internal VSync:

Edit the config file to make the game use any resolution and FPS cap. 
Also optionally VSync.

-=Locating and editing the config file=-
* Go to the folder path
* C:\Users\*UserName*\AppData\Local\PostMouse\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

* The AppData folder is usually hidden, so use this trick to get there: 
  open the File Explorer and copy paste this into the Address bar: 
  %LocalAppData%\PostMouse\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
* Press Enter and then open the file named "GameUserSettings.ini" 
  (consider backing it up first).

-=Find the lines=- 
* ResolutionSizeX=3840
* ResolutionSizeY=2160

* and replace the numbers with your desired resolution - in this example I 
  had already changed it to 4K (3840x2160) which wasn't available in the 
  game's option menu.

* Next, find the line FrameRateLimit=200.000000
* and change the number to whatever suits you.

* Here it used to be 0 which theoretically should be uncapped but somehow 
  the game wouldn't display more than 80 FPS so I set it to 200 which makes
  it virtually uncapped on my 144 Hz monitor with me using an external cap 
  to 143 FPS.

* If you want to use the engine's VSync find the line bUseVSync=False and 
  change it to bUseVSync=True

* Save the file and launch the game to see if it looks as it should now. 
* The resolution field in the settings will be empty so this isn't the way 
  to confirm it's working, sadly...
