Path to the Secret Boss:
------------------------
Written by TheGhostMachine
On Moldy Tundra, head towards the large silo, which should be visible from the
drop pod; it’s located at the very back of the map. To its right is a large red
mushroom. Head directly underneath, and you will fall through to a box with a
button. Press this button to progress to the hidden area.
In this hidden area, head to the structure shown in the third picture. As you
progress, some small enemies will spawn. Once you reach it, you will see a clear
path up, marked with caution tape. Make your way to the top, and in the big ball,
you will find a ball pit. Hop in, and the Cranius fight will begin.
Corrosive is highly advised due to its effectiveness against armor.
Using the ledge/rim with caution tape in the arena is recommended early in the
fight due to the volume of basic enemies. Just be sure to keep sliding around on
it.
How to Unlock The Carver:
-------------------------
Written by SlideDrum
* You first need to get the broken frame part from the city. It’s in the “panels”
level, the same as the demo, but it has now been moved. Its entrance is the same-
looking building as before. It’s located inside a building near the “residential”
area. (I’ll figure out how to make it more specific later).
* That will also give you the “Server Access Codes” in your storage. This will
unlock the server room in the hub. It’s located behind this door (above your spawn
rooms). Inside, you will find the first of four “Weapon Modules” for the Broken
Frame.
* There are three more parts, one in each map: one in Gravity Farms, one in
Flourishing Desert, and one in Molder Tundra. Note they will ONLY show up AFTER you
have the access codes!
* The part in the desert is located in the bottom-left thruster of the massive
crashed spaceship.
* The part in Gravity Farms is located where the entrance to the panels level was
in the demo. It’s on top of the fungus.
* The part in Moldy Tundra is located on one of the very large buildings. You can
see it from up on a hill. It’s roughly two stories up on a ledge near two cylinders
sticking out of the building.
* Once you have all four parts, you need to unlock them. They’re not so bad, except
they all require two Saxonite, so eight in total. It’s very rare, and you have a ~30%
chance to get one every time you finish a Haz 6 mission (28% on Haz 5, and 21% on
Haz 4). You can get it below, but it’s not worth farming below Haz 4.
* The best way to get Saxonite is to do the Overtime Assignment, which is locked
to Haz 5/6 and has six modifiers. It also requires level 12 to unlock. BUT if you
finish it, you are guaranteed one Saxonite for every completion.
And finally, once you have done all of that, you can buy all the upgrades and arrange
them in a triangle shape, and it will transform into The Carver!
