Guide to Increase Management:
-----------------------------
Training Management for the headmaster/increasing the quality of 
the office for the top load, more than that youll need to sublet 
down with management offices.

-=Example=-
A quick primer using round numbers:

Headmaster has 100 load: buildings cost 10 ea, you can have 10 buildings.

A management office costs 5, put a teacher with 50 management in it, 
you can place 50 load under that office while only costing the headmaster
5, eventually you’ll have a tree with the headmaster managing only offices,
then those offices managing more offices.



Rival Schools Tip:
------------------
After a while as you progress there will be a possibility of them shutting 
down and you will lose every unique item and exclusive teacher they have 
attached to them if you don’t get them quick enough.

You can delay this by donating money and students to them from time to time, 
but once they close they seem to close for good.

Also bear in mind exclusive teachers cost a lot! So make sure to save a lot 
of money and subject points if you want to get them. Donating spare students
also counts towards the cost so don’t be afraid to send some to them.
