-=Your First Plant=-
There are various things to note:

* Roots provide your plant with water.
* Leaves use water to provide sunlight.
* You can turn both water and sunlight together into sugar.
* Sugar is typically used to produce DNA.
* DNA is used to buy upgrades. Upgrades don’t take affect until you 
  plant a new seed.

Also note, more roots and leaves creates more trees which allows you to 
produce sugar faster at the cost of more sunlight and water.

Now that we have that out of the way, click plant seed and select moss. 
Note that this plant is mostly governed by idle play.

Begin by turning on sugar production and making yourself a few extra roots 
and leaves. Don’t get too carried away since you only need 7 DNA to get 
your first upgrade. (You can buy the one that costs 1 if you think it will 
help)

Your goal here will be to obtain 37 DNA. Spend 7 DNA on increasing your 
base sugar production, then plant a new moss so it takes effect. Next buy 
the shop for 30 DNA (plant a new moss after).

You will notice the store has a few options. The one we’re going to focus 
on is Waterfall. For 50k water, you will gain a time boost that lasts for 
60 ticks. This makes time pass at a rate of 60 seconds instead of 1 second.

Buy enough roots and leaves to get your water gain up to 1k+ per second, 
then turn on max buy and build up some time boosts. (You may want to 
purchase more leaves and roots as you do this so you gain increasing 
amounts of water and therefore time skips). Don’t forget that your sugar 
production is using water.

From here everything should become pretty easy. You’re now working on 60x 
speed so go ahead and continue gaining dna, using the reset dna threshold 
when the price gets too high for you, and unlock all of the moss upgrades.

Remember, your new upgrades won’t begin working until you plant a new seed.
