How to Unlock Hidden Developer Tools:
-------------------------------------
Currently, there aren't any traditional console commands where you 
hit "Tilde" and type a word. Instead, you have to tell the game to 
boot up in "testing mode". This gives you a set of four fully 
functional developer icons directly on your HUD. It’s significantly
safer than downloading a third-party "trainer" and much faster than
trying to save-scum your way out of a tactical disaster.

-=Enabling the toolkit is a quick fix in Steam=-
* Open your Steam library and right-click on Heroes of Science and 
  Fiction.
* Choose Properties from the menu.
* Find the Launch Options field at the bottom of the General tab.
* Enter -testtools into the box.
* Launch the game and look for four new icons in the top-left 
  corner of your screen.
  
-= Using the Cheat Tools=-
Once in-game, new icons will appear in the top-left corner on both 
the adventure map and during combat.

* Movement Icon: Instantly refills your movement bar for unlimited 
  travel.
* Resource Icon: Grants a massive amount of all resources.
* Sword Icons: Allows you to instantly win any battle.
