* Go to this Windows directory:
  %localappdata%\Hawken2\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Add those lines to the bottom of "Engine.ini" with some 
space above it:

[/script/engine.engine]
bSmoothFrameRate=false
bUseVSync=false

Now you can disable Vsync in the bottom of the settings menu ingame 
to enjoy unlimited FPS!
