Unlock C.R.U.S.H for Multiplayer:

While you are on the title screen, input the following buttons:

Keyboard   - Q, E, Q, E, C, F
Controller - L1, R1, L1, R1, Option, Square

Go into Multiplayer and select Training Mode. Scroll through the list of 
playable Mecha. If you see a purple Thunderbolt-like machine, you've unlocked 
C.R.U.S.H.

C.R.U.S.H. can only be played in custom matches and Training.
