Customer’s patience duration per difficulty level:
Easy: Infinite patience
Normal: 2min 45s
Hard: 2min 10s
Very Hard: 1min 50s
Nightmare: 1min 15s
That was counted from the time they arrived, until they left.
2.Waiting for the Order to Arrive at the Table
Waiting for the Order to Arrive at the Table
After section 1, the time limit will reset, and you’ll have more:
Easy: Infinite patience
Normal: 3min 30s
Hard: 2min 35s
Very Hard: 2min 05s
Nightmare: 1min 30s
That was counted from the moment I picked up the order in the cashier,
until they got up and left the restaurant.
3.Drive Thru Customers
Drive thru customers
Here thing’s got serious! Drive thru customers patience time it DOESN’T
resets, so you have only one time limit to pick up their orders and deliver
the bag with all the items, in this case you should consider the same times
of section 1:
Easy: Infinite patience
Normal: 2min 45s
Hard: 2min 10s
Very Hard: 1min 50s
Nightmare: 1min 15s
That was tested by waiting to pick up the order for 1min in every difficulties,
then he left after the remaining time, so it proves time in this case doesn’t
resets.
Useful Tips:

* When putting veg ingredients into the burger, if it’s more than one,
eg 3 tomatoes, right click to pick up the tin and left click to place them.
* This is quicker than one ingredient at a time.
* Lay your trays out to speed up service.
* You can toast your buns (although it won’t be indicated how they are toasting)
- good luck not burning them.
* Set up your burgers pre opening by putting the burger paper then open buns and
the burgers without any ingredients. You can use separate sides of the counter,
one for single and one for double (I cook 12 patties which is usually enough).
* Cook 3 lots of fries with a bag loose on the side just incase. Put the fries
in the box and store in the slots.
* Never pre make drinks or ice cream.
* Clean up at the end of the day.
* Fully load your ingredients at the end of the day and sauces.
* Any food you have left over must be placed in the big freezer by the back door,
or it will disappear overnight due to spoilage.
