How To Make Money Fast:
-----------------------
Taverns in Crimson Desert have tables that allow you to gamble and
bet money in one of two mini games: Duo and Five-Card. While learning
the rules can take some time, you can quadruple your entry amount of
15 silver within ten minutes.
However, earning consistently through this method requires catching
cheaters and save scumming.
Reset Skills:
-------------
* To reset your skill tree, open the in-game menu and go to the
"Skills" tab.
* On the lower right corner of your screen, you'll see a
"Reset All" button.
* Select it to reset all your skills.
* It doesn't matter which skill tree, weapon, or character you
are hovering, everything will reset when you press "Reset All".
How to Activate the Alignment Device:
-------------------------------------
Once you've progressed past the Axiom Archive door and entered the
Abyss puzzle area, a small pillar-like alignment device stands on
the ground near a triangular stone formation.
* Get close to the pillar with the round disc at the top.
* Use Axiom Force focus on the center of that circular disk - you
need to see the targeting reticle attach to the center rather
than the outer edges.
* Keep rotating the disc until the device lights up blue and emits
a sound cue.
* Keep holding the rotation/interaction for several seconds in that
position, and a skybridge will be created for traversal.
Why should I keep my tools in my inventory:
-------------------------------------------
One of the reasons you need more inventory slots is the fact that
each of your tools takes up one slot, and they don't disappear from
your inventory when you equip them. You can only have one tool
equipped at a time. So, if you are using your pickaxe, your shovel,
mallet, broom, axe, supplemental weapons like spears, and all the
other stuff you need will sit in your inventory taking up space.
Do not ditch this stuff to free up inventory slots, as it is a total
pain in the neck to run around and find new tools when you need them.
Fast travel is limited, and you don't want to have to go baja-ing across
the continent to find a pickaxe if you happen to stumble across a cave
full of diamonds.
Best Factions Tips:
-------------------
The following tips apply across all regions and factions regardless
of progression stage.
* Liberate strongholds first in any new region. The XP burst accelerates
every other milestone.
* Complete bounties alongside faction quests. Both are generally short
and reward a great deal of Contribution XP, making them the fastest
combined method for earning points.
* Pursue the Goldleaves Guild path early. The Alliance trading network
and access to rare imports pay dividends throughout the mid- and
late-game.
* The Tashkalp pool is the most efficient late-game investment because
a single questline session benefits both Tommaso and Varnia vendors
simultaneously.
* You can sell Contribution gear back to the vendor for a full refund,
so do not be afraid to buy items early, even if your priorities change
later.
* Scholastone Cap (17 pts) and Boots (15 pts) are among the cheapest
mid-tier rewards in the game and are unlocked simply by doing Hernand's
main activity.
* Alliance with the Greymanes is the default long-term goal and requires
no special detour. Staying on the main story and completing regional
liberations naturally completes it.
* If you're being hunted or have a Bounty on your head, go to the nearest
Church of the region and buy a Writ of Absolution to clear them.
Tips for Breaking into Bank:
----------------------------
* Ensure nobody sees you to avoid jail or a bounty.
* Fill your inventory with as much as possible, especially strongboxes,
then exit and open your inventory.
* If the return is unsatisfactory, reload and try again — the rewards are randomized.
* Chest loot respawns every few in-game days, making this a semi-repeatable silver
source.
