* Hide bodies! If you're an Assassin's Creed veteran, then you'll already
know the importance of hiding a dead body or two. If you're not, then keep
in mind that leaving a dead body out in the open is an excellent way of
telling people you're up to assassinating business in their local area.
They will start looking out for you and that can make hiding difficult.
Though leaving a body lying around can be helpful. If someone sees it,
they could easily walk into someone's blade…
* Always check for loot. Not every dead body offers loot, but you never want
to miss out on something useful. The rewards you can gain from looting a
dead body range from resources to rations to items you can sell for extra
Mon. Don't waste the effort you've put into killing someone!
* Pet pets for pets. Many of the animals you encounter in Assassin's Creed
Shadows can be petted and doing so will unlock the ability to add them to
your Hideout as a pet. The important thing to keep in mind, however, is that
you'll only unlock the colour variant for the pet you've petted. So if you
want a black dog, for example, but have only petted a brown dog, you'll need
to hunt down a black dog to pet.
* Save Some Scouts for Smuggling
With the coming of each season, players will be able to send out numerous
scouts. These scouts can help players pin down the exact positions of where
they should go next, but should players run out, they may find themselves
missing out on resources.
Players will find large stashes of resources that they can smuggle, but
these will require them to have some available scouts. Players should always
keep some scouts for when they stumble upon these large stashes. This will
ensure they have plenty of resources for new projects at their hideout.
