How to Unlock the 1HKO:

In this really short guide, you will learn one simple trick to beat 1HKO. 
I did it in my first attempt, but I admit a bit of luck is involved.

-=The basics=-
The 1HKO game mode is relatively simple. You have to pay 1 gold coin (dropped 
from bosses) to enter and then go through 24 floors (12 normal floors and 12 
boss floors).

Unless you are a masochist, I suggest you take the strongest character you 
have (preferably Yuuka, Reimu, Alice, or other raw DPS characters). Levels 
don’t matter because you will start at level 1, and you can’t take any items 
in either, similar to Rogue Mode.

-=Skill Points=-
The first thing you want to max out is a dodge. It can and WILL save your life. 
After that, focus on whatever makes your character kill enemies faster. 
(For Alice it’s Crits, ATK and ATK Speed; Yuuka only needs MATK and MaxMP, 
Reimu is something of a mixed bag).

-=Equipment and items=-
Here’s the thing. This game has a hard cap on stats like dodge, meaning you 
can’t get over 65% dodge chance. Some cards don’t work either, like Orin’s 
clothes since they only give you dodge based on the hearts you’ve LOST.

Don’t stack dodge clothing cards like crazy. Pause the game and check the “Stats” 
page to see your total dodge, and it should tell you when to stop adding cards. 
Try to find a good mix between raw DPS and dodge.

However, there is a holy grail that can and will carry you, and this is where 
the luck part comes into play. Explore EVERY room on the early floors until you 
find Korindou or find the Holy Grail: Eirin’s clothing card. It gives you a shield 
every 100 kills at EASY/GRAY rarity, and each piece you equip decreases the charge 
time.

-=How to save time between attempts=-
I’m not trying to say you won’t succeed but be prepared for many, many fails if 
you don’t have the Yuuka DLC. Yuuka essentially mops the floor with the enemies 
and bosses, trivializing every achievement in the game. There is a way to save 
time, however.

Once you are confident enough in your DPS and level, you can start to skip floors, 
going directly to the exit to challenge the next boss. To do that, you simply need 
to learn how to find the exit.

The exit will ALWAYS be exactly 2 rooms away from the spawn, which means you merely 
need to go 2 rooms in one direction, and if the second one isn’t the exit, go back 
to the spawn points and try a different direction. This can also be used on endless
mode to skip levels once you reach the level cap.




How to Unlock Rin:

For anyone who also cant read japanese and also has no interest in guessing the 
answers to 10 questions in a row.

-=Unlock Rin=-
Well, what you gotta do.

Ok, so instead of picking up some coins to unlock Rin you actully have to answer 
10 question in a row, which I assume tests your knowledge of the franchise (or in 
the very least, if you have access to google). Not bad of an idea to be honest but…
 well, I guess I dont need to tell you what the problem with that is.

So yeah, I just figured the answers out by trial and error. I will try my best 
to make clear which answer to pick for what question. Hope my system is not to c
omplicatet.

First go int the hall on the left side of the ub area and enter the “Heros”-Room. 
Their will be a slot machine where a shrine should be. It can ask you 1 of 10 
question wihich you will have to answer right, so the next on pops up. 
You wi have to answer all 10 questions to unlock Rin.

-=So, I will try my best to describe the difference questions=-
* 3 Options, one has the word "Another Story" in it 
  -> Pick the one with "Another Story"
* 3 Options, medium length with the longest in the center -> left answer
* 3 Options, left answer has 5 charakters, center one 4 an the right one 4 
  -> middel answer
* 3 Options, the left answer is way longer then the other two -> left answer
* 3 Options, a long answer followed by a short one and a long one on the right 
  side (the last symbol in the right answer kinda looks like a 7) -> middel answer
* 4 Options, length of the answers: 5-2-3-2 -> secound answer
* Dunno ho many Options but one answer includes a "50" -> pick the fourth option 
  (might be the last one, i dunno)
* 5 Options which all consist of 4 charakters -> pick the fourth answer
* 5 Options where oneincludes a bracket -> choose the third one
* 5 Options which consist of the following number of symboles 5-2-3-4-2 -> 
  pick the last one

That should do the trick!
