Drawings - Face #1 (50,000 DP): Earn a "Fox" rank in all missions. 
Drawings - Face #2 (50.000 DP): Earn a "Fox" rank in all missions. 
Other    - C Box (10,000 DP): Earn a "Fox" rank in Survival mode. 
Other    - Drum Can (10,000 DP): Earn a "Fox" rank in Survival mode.

Continuing in Survival mode:

Use the following trick if you fail a stage in Survival mode. Immediately
exit the game when the "Mission Failed" screen appears. Load the game again
and you will be able to resume at the start of the stage you were previously
playing.
