Unlocks all levels but doesnt unlock all achievements. 
Only open level achievements.

* Find the folder that has the files for the game.
* Most likely located in your Steamlibrary folder.

* Open Steam, go to your Library.
* Find the game in your library, Right Click on Zup! 4, Click on Properties.
* Go to Local Files and click Browse Local Files.
* Open the file "Levels.ini" with any text editor.
* Copy the text displayed below and past it into the textfile.
