-= Sandbox mode (built-in alternative) =-
The closest thing to an in-game money cheat is Sandbox mode from the main menu. A
custom Sandbox lets you set your starting Money and Kudosh and adjust the difficulty,
so you can build freely without campaign pressure. Money pays for building, hiring,
and expeditions; Kudosh unlocks special items and decorations. Play the campaign at
least to Curator Level V first, since it introduces each system one at a time before
you jump into a consequence-free Sandbox.

-= Make money with tickets and donations =-
Tickets and donations are your main income. Set ticket prices low at first, then raise
them gradually as exhibit quality and decoration improve. Place a donation box and an
information stand next to every exhibit; staff collect from the boxes, so more boxes
near busy exhibits means more cash. Happy, comfortable guests stay longer and donate
more, so keep the place clean and add seating and food outlets.
-= Run expeditions constantly =-
Expeditions are how you fill the museum with new exhibits. Each one costs time, money,
and at least one Expert, so keep a steady profit before chasing the next big find.
Watch the expedition event chances: combine staff skills, Workshop craftables, and the
right time of year to remove negative events. Never launch an expedition with an open
MIA risk, because that loses a staff member permanently; train survival skills to
counter it. Late game, a second Helipad lets you run two expeditions at once.
-= Boost Buzz with decoration =-
Buzz drives visitor numbers and donations. Surround each exhibit with thematic decor,
dramatic lighting, and seating to raise its Buzz; wallpaper, tiles, and stencils add
Buzz even to otherwise plain rooms. Group exhibits that share a theme so their bonuses
stack, and leave plenty of space for decorations and stands.
-= Hire slowly and analyze exhibits =-
Payroll is a major expense, so do not over-hire early. Start with one or two Experts
for the first digs, then add Cashiers, Janitors, and Security Guards as income grows.
Analyze spare exhibits you do not want to display to squeeze extra Buzz and Knowledge
out of them. Place trash bins near food stalls, vending machines, entrances, and exits
to cut litter and ease your janitors' workload.
-= Security and Exhibitions =-
Thieves target valuable exhibits, so hire Security Guards (prioritize the Strolling
Surveillance skill) and place security booths to widen their vision. Try the pre-made
Exhibition challenge maps for goals like preventing crime or maximizing marketing
income; they are a safe place to practice efficient layouts without risking your main
museum.

-= Haemoglobber plants =-
Haemoglobber plants can turn guests into vampires, which boosts their Buzz while they
view supernatural exhibits. Pairing the plant with a supernatural display is a strong
Buzz combo.
