Hints and Tips:

Sheriff Lilly Reed runs Sharpwood while fugitive Jack Boyd (Warren Nash) advises.
Dispatch calls, investigations, interrogations, and XCOM-style assaults share one
roster.

Pop-tabs (chips) earned each day do not carry over - spend them before the next
shift. Best early buy is another officer; the force bleeds manpower fast. Prefer
sober hires; drunk cops randomly injure themselves. Arresting suspects in
tactical missions pays far more chips than shooting them.

Assign gear manually every morning - auto-loadout gives tasers to bad shooters
and locks out call solutions. Pair shifts by compatibility (sexists refuse women
partners, etc.) or calls go unanswered. Grant reasonable time-off requests;
repeated denials tank loyalty and officers ignore orders.

Every 50 XP grants one skill point - max a single stat to level 3 before
spreading points. Dispatch checks use negotiation, stealth, strength, speed,
intelligence, then shooting (most to least). Send at least two officers meeting
the listed stat; gear bridges gaps until your roster matures. Low-level cops can
ride along on big squads for XP.

Tactical raids have no hit points - one good shot can kill. Goal is arrest, not
slaughter. Most maps start in stealth; suspects follow fixed patrols until alarm.
Approach from behind, stun, then cuff. Lure lone guards with noise or a downed
ally bait. Once alarm sounds, enemies hunt your team.

-= Tactical assault =-
Never stand in open tiles - enemies gain accuracy at short range even behind
cover. Issue stun grenades and batons to everyone. Skip disloyal or low-stealth
officers; they open fire on sight and wreck stealth plans. Do not bring green
recruits. A wounded cop bleeds out over turns; dragging him ties up two others
for multiple rounds.

Strong perks for raids: Ninja (three actions before alarm - move, stun, arrest),
Force Surrender, Interrogation (reveals enemy positions one turn), Sentry
(vision), Knockout (longer baton stun). Batons stay silent and reusable; combine
with pepper spray, tasers, or flashbangs.

13 tactical missions exist; only four are mandatory but skipping optional raids
weakens the campaign against major gangs.


How to make money (pop-tabs):

* Pop-tabs are the daily budget - hire cops or buy gear before the day ends
* Tactical arrests (alive) are the richest chip source
* Successful dispatch calls and closed investigations add professionalism and
  unlock paths
* Spending tabs on equipment beats hoarding - tabs vanish at rollover
* After strong days you usually afford one of three random recruit offers

2. Stun isolated suspect from behind
3. Arrest or Force Surrender before their turn
