Laser-sight pistol:

Successfully complete the game under the normal or higher difficulty setting, then
start another game in special mode. The first available gun will now be a pistol
with a laser sight. 


Alternate costumes:

Successfully complete the game, then start another game in special mode. 
Note: Only characters that survived will have an alternate costume. 


FMV sequences:

Successfully complete the game to unlock a making of, behind the scenes, and 
two music videos. 


Unlockables:

Guide to Beat the Game on Hard Mode:

Here'’s how I beat it on hard.

* Start a new game. When you meet Dan (The captured infected student) and he 
  grabs a gun out of the locker, switch over to him and make him give Kenny 
  the gun.
* Switch back to Kenny, unload the gun, select the gun with the flashlight, 
  and unload it.
* Try to leave the basement as you normally would. After Kenny gets captured 
  and you start playing as Josh, you’ll now have 30 extra pistol bullets that
  will show up in your inventory when you get a gun.
