Go to Save game. Do not get into any pipe,go a little further,there you will see some 
goodies,go a little furthher again,there you will see a board "HUMAN LABORTORY WORLD.
"There will be a pipeof Human Labortory World.Do not get into it, then jump there you 
will see Mario LOST MAP.Don't get into it,then jump you will see a scoreboard.Again jump 
you will see Mario STAR WORLD.

Open the save game level and go the the scoreboard side. (Humayoun has explained it before). 
After that make a long jump to the right side of the screen, there you will see a tank. 
You may see a hole-like entrance, enter it and you will go to the "Funny Tanks?" level. 
If you did not enter it then look at the right side with some funny ducks with a signboard 
"We want more shells" After that ignore them and jump to the right side if the screen. 
There will be a green pipe. Enter it and then you will go to the "Koopa Troopa blablabla" 
level. If you dont enter it too, then go the right side of the screen again and you will 
get a pipe to Starman Run world.
