Easy "THE BAR OF BROKEN HEROES" achievement or trophy:

Play Act 4 Scene 13, "Subway" and do not skip the introduction. Interact with
the phone found on the small table next to the door you appeared from when the
scene begins. You will have a message from someone that asks to meet you at a
bar. Complete the level and a bonus scene will begin.
Talk to Biker, the man at the bar.
Easy "FOLLOW THE SCRIPT" achievement or trophy:
-----------------------------------------------
During the introductory mission Pilot Act "Midnight Animal", do exactly
what director says. You will earn "FOLLOW THE SCRIPT" at the end.
Easy "NUCLEAR WASTE" achievement or trophy:
-------------------------------------------
During Act 1 Scene 2 "Homicide", shoot five boxes with nuclear waste.
Easy "STARE INTO THE ABYSS" achievement or trophy:

Play Act 4 Scene 15, "Withdrawal" and complete the third floor without
dying. Return to your car, and a short cinematic will play. In the
following scene, you will be seated at a desk with a floppy disk. Interact
with the disk to pick it up and complete the scene. During the next scene,
you will be standing in front of a table of evidence. Take the floppy disk
from the table.
Easy "ASSASSIN'S CRED" achievement or trophy:
---------------------------------------------
Complete the floor with the silencer you begin with. If you miss a shot,
restart the level because you will not have enough bullets. Make sure to
use the lock-on function to make this easier.
Easy "DON'T LET ANGER GET THE BEST OF YOU" achievement or trophy:

While playing as the Writer, do not finish a downed enemy. Note: You will
also have to unlock the Bonus Chapter of the Writer, named "The Abyss" by
earning "STARE INTO THE ABYSS". The level is difficult and features a lot
of thugs with guns and rifles. You must punch people and hide until you
have a bat or pipe.
General Tips:
-------------
* There are a lot more enemies with guns in the sequel, so be sure to pick
up guns along the way for some ranged fights.
* Constantly lure out enemies to get easy kills. This is especially useful
for enemies with guns - if they don't see you, they can't shoot you.
* Use the zoom out function often. Levels are a lot larger in Hotline Miami
2, and you don't want to get shot by an enemy in the corner just because
you didn't zoom out.
* Be careful around the bigger enemies. They often take more shots/hits to
kill, and can be especially dangerous when joined by other foes.
* Use ammo sparingly. Not every enemy drops the gun you want, so don't go
wasting bullets.
* You can use the gun as a distraction. Just fire off a few shots to draw
the enemy towards you, and then switch to a melee weapon for a quick
kill around the corner.
* Take your time and be patient. Unless you're a super impressive
speedrunner, the slow and methodical approach works best in most levels.
Easy "COMBO GOD" achievement:
-----------------------------
During Act 3: Scene 12 - "Death Wish", you can get a 20x combo at the very
start of the level, while playing as Mark (the bear). After you enter the
initial elevator, run into the door you start off facing. Shoot straight
ahead to kill the two men inside. Turn back, go to the doorway on the right,
and shoot the two men patrolling in the hall beyond. Kill the dog and man
with a gun that run at you from down the hall. Quickly open the first door
(to the room where the dog came from, to the left of the next hallway),
and shoot the two men who are standing guard. Move to the other side of
the next hallway, and shoot the two men standing guard through the windows.
You will probably now need to reload. Move up the next hallway, and use
Mark's ability to spread his arms to shoot the men on either side (through
the windows). You should have a 17x or 18x combo by now. If you have run
out of ammo, quickly grab a weapon. Take down the men charging at you as
they enter the hallway to get a 20x combo and the "COMBO GOD" achievement.
Note: This may require a few attempts. The timing of your reload is very
important. You must stay alive until the combo times out to get the
achievement.

Want to know some secrets for HM2? You've come to the right place! (These secrets
will give you achievements & some more story.)
-=Jake's Secret Ending/Secret Level=-
In Jake's final level "Withdrawal," (Act 4, Level 2.) on the 3rd floor after dying
we see him get tortured & murdered by some Russian Mafia members...however, if we
kill all of the Mafia members, we get to follow the 50 Blessings correspondent. He
then takes us to his office, Jake finds something on his desk, a floppy disk with
weird coordinates..."What could it mean?" Jake pondered...however the corresponent
pulls out a gun & shoots him, ending his life. In the next cutscene, we see Evan
Wright...he picks up the floppy disk & follows the coordinates...what will he find?
(btw you get an achievement & get a secret new level.) The rest is up to you...
I don't want to spoil it.
-=Evan Wright's Phone/The Bar of Broken Heroes=-
In "Subway" (Act 4, Level 1) please don't skip the cutscene...if you answer the
phone, you unlock a secret...but first beat the level. THEN you can see the secret
cutscene. I'll leave that for you. It is rather easy...enjoy it.
(also this will give you an achievement as well.)
-=The Five Cardboard Stand-ups=-
In the level "Homicide" (Act 1, Level 2) you just knock/destroy 5 cardboard stand-
ups...doing this will give you an achievement. Congrats.
How to Unlock All 3 Secret Achievements:

Today Im gonna tell you how to unlock all secret achievements.
-=Looking Into The Abyss Achievement=-
* First of all u you must unlock secret level The Abyss.
* After you must complete the Withdrawal level without dying on the third floor.
* Then you take the diskette from the table while the Manager goes to get the gun.
* Next you take the diskette while looking through Jake’s things.
* It is all, you unlocked achievement.
-=Bar of Broken Heroes Achievement=-
* In the intro of the level, you need to listen to a message on the answering machine,
in which the Biker offers to meet with the writer in order to give him important
information about the murders committed by the operators of 50 Blessings for a reward.
If you listen to this message, Evan will go to the bar before visiting Richter’s mother.
The drunken Biker will tell him that he killed Russian gangsters in Miami because of
mysterious messages, but then got scared and fled into the desert, where he met Richard.
After meeting him, Biker “lost the will to fight.” After these words, Biker demanded
money, but Evan refused to pay unless he said something more important. The biker
became angry and refused to answer, so Evan left the bar.
It is all, you unlocked achievemnt.
-=Nuclear Waste Achievement=-
At the level you need to throw 5 cardboard figures depicting characters from the game
Nuclear Throne to the ground with blows from melee weapons or shots. The first 3
figures are on the first floor, the remaining 2 are on the second.
It is all, you unlocked secret achievement.
