Invest in a SMG (Submachine Gun):
---------------------------------
The easiest way in which to get weapons in Enlisted is to retrieve them
off the dead soldiers you come across during the campaign. To get your
hands on a particular weapon you will need to earn a currency called
'Orders' which you earn from completing tasks or getting achievements
as you play through the game. There are three types of Orders, these are
Bronze, Silver, and Gold and the requirement will depend on the weapon
you want to buy under the Logistics tab.
The 'Equipment Delivery' section will have items you can buy while
'Weapons Delivery' will present you with all the weapons you can
purchase. Not all the equipment and weapons will immediately be available,
to unlock these items you must reach a specific campaign level. It is
recommended that you invest in an SMG as your primary weapon as soon as
possible as one clip can wipe out an entire squad. Be careful when buying
an item or weapon as one click will immediately purchase it.
Useful Tips and Tricks:
-----------------------
* Replace your sniper squad with Engineer squad as soon as possible. Sniper
squad is useless because it has no unique ability behind the squad itself.
For example, Engineer in Machine Gunner squad can build HMG emplacement.
* Dont rely on vehicles to get kills.
* Always try to win games because winning gives you bonus exp.
* Aside from bonus exp for winning games, killing enemies near or around the
objective will give you bonus score which resulting in more exp.
* Make a proper lineup that suits your playstyle.
* Use guns/weapons that can get you lots of kills.
(Wont recommend anything that involves spamming.)
* Have at least 1 engineer in every infantry squads you use to build rally
point.
* Always build rally point, generally 50m-60m from objective. The closer
your rally point to the objective, the better.
* Press V (default key) to mark enemies. If you aim towards a vehicle, it
will be marked.
* You can mark stuffs even when you’re in a vehicle. Be it from a tank or
plane. By spamming mark button while flying, you can find hidden enemy
ground vehicles.
* Dont build rally point inside attic or any extremely tight spots as bots
may not able to get out from there.
* When you’re grinding a weapon or vehicle that has this icon. This means
when you completed the grind, you will receive a new squad alongside
whatever you just got.
* Max range of defusing or planting a bomb is like 4 meters away, any more
than that you’ll lose ability to interact with the bomb, that means you
can get behind a sandbag and enemies will wonder who tf is defusing the bomb.
* Do not have your squad go with you, tell them to stand in a safe spot while
you assault objective yourself. They then become your extra lives. Otherwise
AI is completely useless and will do nothing.
* Always build a rally or bring an APC, bring it as close as you can, without
obviously being in view of the enemy.
* Use things you can fire on the move, use hipfire. Type 96 LMG/Type 2/Sig 1920
SMGs for Japan. Conders/MP40/PPSH for Germany. PPSH/Fedorov/LAD/RD44 for
Russia. M2 Carbine/Flamethrower for US.
* Flamethrowers are effective here, as they make area inhospitable, and clear
upper floors without going up there.
* White Phosphorus, use it to basically create a ‘barrier’ to stop enemies from
going where you don’t want them to be. AI is too stupid to path around it,
and will just avoid it.
* Once you do clear out the objective, don’t just sit on it, let your team sit
on it. Instead push forward and harrass them as they come out of their spawns/
rallys. Do not let them get within range of the objective.
-=There Are 3 Different Categories When Leveling Up a Squad=-
* Squad upgrades unlocks all the potentials for the squad. Like having more
soldiers and include other class of soldier. I highly recommend you to fully
upgrade this one first as not only it allows you to bring more soldiers, it
also increase the exp gain for the squad itself which in return will let the
squad level up faster. Later squads will have more exp requirement than the
ones you currently have.
* Personnel upgrades unlocks the level for the soldier thats related to the
squad. You can see within the tree itself which class of soldier the squad
belongs to.
* Workshop upgrades is similar to personnel upgrades but its for weapons or
vehicles. Difference is, you can pick which weapon or vehicle you want to
upgrade first.
-=Explanation of Hit Power=-
Hit power is how much damage you deal overall.
For example, all theses weapons have the same caliber said (7.62mm) But the
smg is in a pistol caliber because of it’s damage. The soldier model has
differents multiplier for it’s damage, Neck is a 2.5x modifier, Head is 2.3x,
Body aka the upper body minus the head and neck have a 1.0x modifier, Then from
the top of the leg to the foot the multiplier goes from 0.6x to 0.45x to 0.3x.
The things you need to check is the damage they do up to 100 meters, because
most of the fights are within close range to 100 meters with shooting over 100
meters rare. Rifles will one hit kill from upper body to head at base until 100
meters where it’s only the head and neck that will kill.
Only by upgrading the gun to max that you would be able to kill from torso to
the head with a rifle. Bolt action carbines will need an upgrade to make them
work, and do not use Mosin w diakonov and vgps unless you have the setup for
BR3, Semi auto rifles will 2 to 3 taps in between 10 to 100 m. Smgs will do
less damage and will get their dmg at 100 m halved from the 10m base. Also,
smgs have a high dispersion aka they are only good at close to mid range (10
to 30-50 m). For a tip, if you have Mosin m1938 (D), UPGRADE THEM and give
them to your riflemans or engineer or radioman, because they are better than
the Mosin 1907 carbine.
How to Spot Enemies/Vehicles Automatically:
-------------------------------------------
Written by Xiteey
In this guide, you will learn how to automatically spot enemies and vehicles
in the game Enlisted, which can greatly enhance your team’s situational
awareness and communication during combat.
-=How to do it=-
We all know (or should know) that when you press V on your keyboard, you create
a red marker that serves to warn your team of enemy locations.
Believe me, this marking is VERY USEFUL for your team, especially for radiomen,
mortarman, and your allied planes and tanks. The problem is that this can get
in your way when you’re in combat.
So why not use a more appropriate shortcut that will save you MUCH more time
when marking?
So comrades, I bring you the solution for this. Just open the game’s controls
settings, go to ‘Interface’, look for ‘Mark enemy’ and edit it to spot whenever
you press right mouse button + left mouse button. This means that, whenever you
are aiming (holding the right button) and shooting, you will add a marker for
your team. The same will apply to vehicles.
Just do as in the image below. Remember to set it in the empty space and not
replace the ‘V’ key (this is optional, but I do not recommend it)
