-= Ghillie suit (multiplayer) =-
* Open Weapon Challenges and check whether Chrome Barrel Master is active; if it says
  Challenge Inactive, go to Operations and spend one Squad Point to reroll challenges.
* Repeat rerolls until Chrome Barrel Master appears, then lock and complete the full
  three-stage operation (850 Chrome Barrel sniper kills total) to unlock the Ghillie
  suit in Create a Soldier under Special.
* Equip the suit from Customize after the operation completes; thermal scope and a
  mobile sniper such as the USR help finish the long kill requirement.

-= Extinction unlock notes =-
* Legacy community steps below require Regular difficulty and four campaign missions;
  some PC players also report Extinction appearing after one campaign mission or
  multiplayer rank 5, then returning to the main menu.

-= Modern Warfare arcade (Atlas Falls) =-
In the Atlas Falls campaign mission, breach the recreational common room and look for
an arcade cabinet labeled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, referencing Call of Duty 4.

-= Zelda and Doctor Who trophies =-
During Federation Day, after you enter the CARANI door, trophy props appear in nearby
offices, including a TARDIS-shaped award reading Award for Largest Interior with
Smallest Exterior and a rupee-shaped award for most bushes cut and pots smashed. A
third trophy jokes about the 2012 end-of-world panic. The same trophy set also appears
in Struck Down locker areas along the campaign route.

-= Federation Day hidden music =-
After rappelling down the skyscraper in Federation Day, descend into the office floors
and clear the enemies there. Listen closely for an instrumental version of Eminem's
Survival, the same track used in the end credits and multiplayer reveal trailer; a
headset makes it easier to hear.

-= Alien plush explosion (Point of Contact LOL) =-
In Extinction Point of Contact, grab a sniper rifle and find the Gil's Lodge Motel
sign near the first major hive area. Shoot the letters L, O, and L in Lodge in that
order; LOL appears on screen when the sequence registers. For a short time afterward,
aliens you kill explode into golden stuffed alien dolls. The effect times out but can
be repeated; results can be inconsistent on some runs.

-= Nightfall snowmen (Onslaught DLC) =-
On the Nightfall Extinction map, four pylon generators buzz in a rotating sequence.
Shoot both boxes on each buzzing generator in the order they activate during that
match; when Zap!!! appears, aliens you kill temporarily explode into snowmen instead
of normal death effects.

-= Michael Myers outfit (Fog map) =-
On the Onslaught DLC multiplayer map Fog, finish a Field Order to receive a care
package drop. A rare package can grant the Michael Myers outfit, giving extra
durability and a bloody axe as your only weapon.

-= Extinction cash drop =-
During Extinction, jump and hold the ability button slightly longer to place a money
box at your feet for teammates. You need several thousand dollars banked or the drop
will not spawn; pick it back up yourself if you change your mind.

-= Advanced Warfare poster (Showtime) =-
On the Showtime multiplayer map, inspect the resort poster in the arena area; its
layout mirrors the Advanced Warfare map Retreat revealed in later franchise marketing.

Solutions:

-= Unlock Extinction mode =-
1. Start the campaign on Regular difficulty or higher; Extinction does not unlock on
   Recruit.
2. Complete the first four missions: Ghost Stories, Brave New World, No Man's Land,
   and Struck Down.
3. Finish the fourth mission and return to the main menu; Extinction appears alongside
   Campaign, Multiplayer, and Squads.

-= Sprinter achievement (Extinction) =-
1. Destroy all 12 hives in an Extinction match to spawn the exfiltration computer
   beside the final hive.
2. Have every player activate the computer at the same time to start the 2-minute
   30-second exfil countdown.
3. Sprint back to the starting helicopter; meteorite barricades block the route twice
   but collapse after 30 seconds each.
4. Fight through Rhinos with armor-breaking ammo, fully upgraded sentry guns, and
   armor vests in your loadout so nobody gets downed on the run.
5. Reach the chopper with at least 1 minute 30 seconds still on the timer to earn
   Sprinter.
